I‘ll only give my puppies to the best homes possible!
This doesn’t mean, that you have to be a rich house-owner. It also doesn’t necessarily mean that you need a lot of experiences with dogs.
The only thing I absolutely expect from my puppy buyers is: collect enough information about the breed and belief me, when I tell you about possible troubles with these special breeds! I’ll always be honest, but it’s your part to belief it.
All breeds I love are kind of difficult in their ways and every time I talk about that, I hear things like “Well, that’s the same with every dog!” or “But we have so much experience with dogs, I don’t think we would have these troubles.”. And these are the first people who are shocked, when they realize that their new dog is NOT like every dog.
If you want a dog which is running off leash all the time, which is always friendly with every dog and human and which is easy to train in every dog sports… Then non of my breeds is suitable for you!
Don’t think you can use your experience with other dogs to make another dog of it. You can’t change a dogs nature completely!
It doesn’t matter if you’re interested in an Akita, a Thai, a Xolo or a Lundehund – in any case you should bring the enthusiasm for the breed and the willing to brace yourself for it.
I also do not sell Thai Ridgebacks to families with small kids!
I don’t want to sound patronizingly. Of course I’m not the only person who can deal with these breeds! It’s well-intentioned for all parts: for the puppy, for me and for you too!
If someone is getting a puppy I decide individual. That’s the reason why I wish to meet future puppy buyers as soon as possible.
On the other hand everybody is welcome to visit us and learn to know more about me, my kennel and my dogs!
A show quality pup from my kennel is between 1300€ and 2000€ belonging to the breed, the mating and other circumcises.
So called “pet quality” dogs, which are not allowed to be bred in the future because of different faults (i.e. a DS operated Thai Ridgeback) are a bit cheaper, but I’m not going to dump them! Because also these dogs are bred after the ÖKV / FCI rules, have a typical experience and are treated the same way as there correct siblings. In other words: they are normal dogs, with the only restriction of not being a breeding dog.
In any case you will get a puppy, which:
- Has an ÖKV / FCI pedigree (export pedigree if needed)
- Was dewormed regularly
- Was vaccinated according to it’s age
- Has an EU pet passport
